Three Alert Levels have been established to describe the severity of weather conditions as follows:
Level 1
Normal weather conditions. Routine operations will be in effect. We expect to maintain regularly scheduled service to all customers and make normal connections.
Level 2
Level 2 will be declared when adverse weather conditions will affect normal service to customers. Service will be maintained as practical to the situation.
Level 3
This level will be declared when adverse weather conditions severely curtail operations. Under these conditions, the Command Center will be manned 24 hours a day. Only critical services will be provided.
